Any and all claims must be made within thirty (30) days (Retail clients) and fourteen (14) days (Wholesale clients) of dated sales invoice. Any item(s) returned must be in new and unused condition, in the original factory packaging and accompanied with a copy of the sales invoice.

IMPORTANT:

Only factory damaged and/or defective items may be returned for replacement or customer credit. Any consideration for refunds will be made at the sole discretion of Accessories Rock.

FACTORY DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS ARE DEFINED AS:

a) Items missing a stone(s).

b) Items with defective stone(s) and/or settings.

c) Items with chipped and/or defective plating.

d) Items with damaged or defective clasps.

e) Items that are damaged and/or broken.

Any item(s) removed from its factory packaging, for whatever reason, will not be returnable. Any items placed out for display will not be returnable. There will be no exceptions unless prior arrangements have been made.

PLEASE NOTE:

While Rhodium plating and Gold bonding over sterling should provide for a durable finish under normal use, Accessories Rock in no way guarantees the finish of any item due to the fact that even the highest quality of finish will fade over time under normal use, and much sooner when abused.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:

CLEARANCE items are not returnable under any circumstance, and all sales on CLEARANCE items are final.

Accessories Rock reserves the right to change and/or modify any and/or all of its Return Policy at its sole discretion, at any time.
