Offline Payments:

- Call-In Payments: Call our customer service at 1.866.723.ROCK or 561.999.9760. Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST and pay over the phone with your Credit Card (Master card, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club).
- Fax-In Payments: Fax a copy of the front and the back of your Credit Card (Master card, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club) to 561.999.9761. Please don't forget to include your Purchase Order Number.
